 Working Student - IT User Support (m/f/d)

Your mission at Visual Meta? As "Working student IT User support (m/f/d)” you will be your colleagues first point of contact for all IT related questions. Your IT support services enables our colleagues to work to the best of their abilities.

  • You are the 1st level contact for all IT requests
  • You support your colleges with all IT related questions
  • You support the on- and offboarding of employees
  • You are in charge of IT procurement and license management
  • You take care of stock and inventory
  • You administer the in-house and cloud based software
  • You are enrolled in a University and study in a relevant field
  • You have an experience with Microsoft Active Directory and know the surrounding concepts
  • You have a good understanding of networking and networking related concepts
  • You have one experience as first and preferably second level user support
  • You have a passion to help people with IT-related problems
  • You have very good communication skills in both, spoken and written, English
  • You like working in an international team
  • Be part of our agile environment, work with the latest technology and participate in regular tech-events (e.g. Hackathons, TechTalks) with the opportunity to join Tech Conferences
