Our short renting services create unforgettable experiences for those welcomed into the homes of our hosts. We are rapidly growing short let property management company based in the heart of London, providing unique services including hotel-style cleaning, check-in/out, maintenance and dynamic pricing.

And we’re looking for a bright, dynamic all-rounded student to join our Reservations team for a 6 months internship. You will be responsible for managing the reservation inquiries through various online channel partners including the telephone sales environment. Working with a team across a range of disciplines, your role will require to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and identify new avenues for guests satisfaction. You will also take a hands-on approach and be proactive in assisting customer inquiries and turning these into bookings. You will also help to develop and improve our relationship with our current partner channels as well as find new ones.


  • Maximising revenue and guest satisfaction by receiving property reservations
  • Upholding a high level of regular, frequent, accurate and timely communication to all related departments regarding the Reservations function within the company
  • Maximising customer satisfaction and City Relay revenue by promoting the company’s other services and facilities to guests
  • Maintaining and handling phone and email inquiries and delivering results by turning the inquiries into bookings
  • Handling inquiries from all sides, selling City Relay in a consultative and inspiring manner
  • Liaising with internal departments providing insightful data for external communications and promotions
  • Analysing the reservations side of the business and create processes to improve and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Identifying and executing different ways to increase customer acquisition from our channel partners
  • Managing all our active distribution channels, updating each channel on a live basis and following a set format of uploading properties onto advertising channels
  • Sharing your informed passion about our homes and hosts to give guests a great booking experience


  • Studying towards a hospitality/tourism or business degree
  • This role will require you to put yourself under pressure in a growing business
  • Native/ Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Be passionate about hospitality and the industry in general
  • You’ll work with teams from across the business to find solutions when things go wrong


  • £500 per month + £200 monthly discretionary bonus
